WEEP Ep 96 (Autoproduction)



Quand Anthony m'a demandé ce Ep, je vous l'avoue, j'ai pas été convaincu que ça puisse être une bonne idée. J'avais dans le souvenir un ep pas très original d'un groupe arrivé à la fin de la première vague screamo française, trop stéréotypé et qui manquait d'inovation.
Et j'ai été assez surpris quand je l'ai rippé. Non seulement le son est excellent (ça a été enregistré par Gilles du studio Ape et guitariste d'Escape et Anomie) mais les compos sont vraiment énergiques. Bien sûr, on est dans le screamo tout ce qu'il y a de plus classique, mais ça me plait beaucoup. Pour la petite histoire, le chanteur est le frangin d'Olivier Lacoste, chanteur d'Opstand
Sinon, il me semble bien que je dois avoir une démo qui traine quelque part. Peut être à suivre donc...

You wouldn't still have that demo lying around, would you? One of my favorite recordings and I would love to see the insert...not to mention the quality of the digital copy I have found is rather mediocre. Love your blog, the effort you put into the quality of your mp3s, putting all the inserts up, etc. It is all much appreciated!
